Roshambo follows 3 aspiring documentary filmmakers into the competitive underworld of rock, paper scissors​. They first discover the prestigious Professional league known as RPSL, which is run by a cunning business woman whose sole intent is putting her organization back on top, at any cost. Through a grizzled, yet retired competitor named Rocco Shears, the group discovers a hidden underground of fierce competitors, made up of outcasts, misfits and defectors from RPSL. When the leader of the underground, the queen herself, Korey Raven is forced to confront attempts by the league to discredit and disband her underworld, things go way beyond what anyone could have forseen.
